Hi guys,
It is becoming a complete madness. Iâ€™m sure that Harry simply did not log off and somebody took a chance to play a foolish game with all of us. Iâ€™m sure nobody here has anything against homosexuals or at least nobody is presented in that way. I sent PM to Harry that the answer to my thread he gave me makes no sense and that he probably answered on a different thread. The answer I got is below. Make your own picture:

Ok guys and gals, lets just squash all this stupidry here and now.

Harry, as we know him, is a transgendered woman who identifies as a man. He is in a happy relationship with a woman, as he has stated.

Yes, the photo in the "Us As We Are" thread was not actually him.

Nobody can quite seem to pinpoint where this whole mess got out of hand, or who cast the stone that upset Harry, so let me just be blunt and to the point.

We're all (well, mostly) intelligent people here. I should hope, given the above-average IQ of the board populace, and the love of logic and decency I see in the members, that nobody here really has a problem with any of this. I think this entire issue sprang up from the fact that he perhaps caught a few of us off guard, and we weren't exactly sure whether it was meant to be taken seriously or not.

If anybody does take issue with Harry's lifestyle choices, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. This is not the place, and believe me, we'll pick Harry over you without question.

While i admit i was just a bit shocked, i never really thought twice about it, after i first heard him say that.

Either way, i *do* support Harry, and so far, he is one of the most mature, nice, and helpful members. And by 'one of the most' i do mean out of the many other people who are also mature and helpful (just so nobody takes it the wrong way!

).

Unless someone looks down on other people with a different orientation, i support whatever makes them happy. After all, if you do not live a happy life, did you ever really 'live' in the first place?

And Harry, i don't think Mates was trying to offend, i hope nothing bad comes out of all of this...

Edit: For the record, you would be foolish to judge Harry because of what he does, or has done. Or what he believes.

For the majority, and possibly everyone on the forum (i hope), we love you Harry!

It seems like one big misunderstanding...

Of course we all love you Harry, regardless your gender and/or sexual orientation. It all looked so strange, that my logic betrayed me and I thought somebody is playing with us - using your identity. Iâ€™m sorry.

I hope it is clear for everyone now and we all can switch back to the main topic of this forum.

I have no idea what is going on, all I know with certainty is that Harry is a great guy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable and profoundly generous.

I think Dave hit the nail on the head. Harry's coming out post fit SO seamlessly into the thread as a flippant remark that I thought that's exactly what it was. I count myself lucky that, for once in my life, I kept my mouth shut.

If Mates caused any offense let's all remember he is Czech, not a native English speaker. Errors do occur and as my wife always points out to me (she is also Czech) humor does not translate well.

Come on back Harry, I don't think anyone here is judging you or intending to cause offense.

I'm locking this thread, as we've heard directly from Harry as to the nature of the confusion and such, though we're still somewhat at a loss as to what lead to the hurt feelings. We can hope he will return to the forum post haste.
