I set it to download maximum 500 bytes per second and it has been running for 42 minutes, if no one else jumps in and makes it run out of bandwidth it might get it all without failing.

Hopefully Vasil's site can be saved, I am glad I have long since moved away from geocities. All of the text is available on the wayback machine Link2 but the images didn't make the cut for archival.

In any case, my site is at Link2 I hope to add to it soon (have a 2.5w 532nm laser, 100w 1064nm laser, few assorted other lasers, need to flesh out the tesla coil pages, update the rocket pages, etc, etc) now that I am on campus and rolling in free time (haha), but we will see.

here is my site, which I just got back into updating after a year - art, projects, etc

EDIT: I switched my website to a subdomain of my small company website (the personal section, unrelated to the main site).

HTTrack has a pretty awful user interface but after a few false starts I managed to grab a copy of teslinasite without any errors. If it is ok with Vasil I can host a copy of it.

It is OK from my part. My intention was just to let the site die...but if you think is worthing..

But it is a little bit more complicated. Teslina lab is composed by 5 geocities sites linked between them (to get more free web space). There are:

http://www.geocities.com/teslinasite

http://www.geocities.com/teslina/projects.html

http://www.geocities.com/l_vasiliu/projects

http://www.geocities.com/livvasil/vasilprojects.html

http://www.geocities.com/romtcb/projects

There is a lot of crap (I would throw it off if I would make another new site), but this is it.

Do the different sites link directly to files on the other sites or are the sites separate only with links to the other sites?

When I got it all I will give you the FTP login details then you can make changes or make a new one sometime if you feel up to it.

The words "More projects" from the front page of each site is the only link to the next site. This is the single connection between each two sites.

Just wanted to say this,
For all you guys looking to make websites, I recommend 110mb.com. Easy to use, and there servers are actually quite good. My railgun got onto makezine blog, and from there, a bunch of other sites. A gizmodo article on it got linked on digg, and was made popular, and my site did not go down. I have used 207GB of bandwith this month, and there is a limit of 300GB every month. It can be upgraded to 1TB bandwith a month for a onetime payment of 5$.

Sounds like a advertisement, I know :)

The mirror is here: Link2

Those "More projects" links point to the original sites so use the index page to move around. Let me know if anyone find some missing bits.
