You guys have been a great help, I won't be able to test it in a lab until next week or later ---- BUT something outstanding has happened - its working now - go figure right - go ask for help and it works miraculously I'll keep you guys informed on how its running, and if i get to test it with a scope i'll save the images etc and post them...!!!!
I think the main problem was a combination of blown parts, I replaced the blown mosfets with new ones, and I also replace the transistors because before they were giving me different voltage readings (as in one was different from the other when I knew they should both be about the same)
Its turns out that one of the transistors i replaced a bad one with, was also bad - go korean manufacturing! , so once i replaced that I tested it again and still no luck, but i tested the mosfets i replaced and they were bad as well (something just doesn't want me to have a working plasma speaker!)
I replaced the replacement Fets and wallah!
thanks for all the advice and the interesting way to test the transistors.
The Fets im using right now are HUF75645P3_Q 117ns fall and 79ns rise, after a quick test of about 8 seconds, they weren't warm at all - previous Fets (HUF75639G3's 25ns fall, and 60ns rise) got hot after just 5 seconds...

Quick update - after about ten seconds the mosfet driven by the transistor from pin10 gets extremely hot while the other fet stays relatively cool - IS this normal - this usually happens to me on all the designs so far.
