If they were competent they would assume innocence anyway- as they should do in the rest of the world.
I heard that one clause in this license gives the police right of inspection. I'd not be happy to give the police the "right" to come into my house on a whim any time they wanted.

from what I understand it is not a license, but just a state record. - as for the right of inspection, I never heard of that but I have nothing to hide, as long as I can be there instead of my parents to show them exactly what I am doing with them...

What surprises me is...people are surprised that authorities act like this. They've been doing this stuff for years. It just happens to hit home when it's a hobby people here happen to share.

It's been happening to people growing tomatos or a Christmas tree and then get raided by drug enforcement agencies, or a man being arrested for manufacturing firearm suppressors because he has fender washers, people being arrested because LEDs panels were mistaken as bombs, or men with dark skin that are held in a detention camp for seven years without trial, then released en masse.

That's why I usually question stories like "giant weapons cache found!" or "chemical lab found!". On more than one occasion, its come through (be it on news or forums) that the individual(s) weren't guilty of what was claimed. Ultimately your rights can and do take a back seat. Plenty of innocent people cave and take a plea deal to something they aren't even guilty of because of all the threats and legal fees.
