Hi all I have some problems with interrupter to. I making 40KHz DRSSTC, and sometimes signal (then on time is low) i can turn on OCD when bridge running from 12V (maybe it's noise, i don't know). maybe i just adding positive signal, i mean half of period, and CT pick up that.... i thinking to add resistor, and at lowest on time will let one period in primary, Does it good, or not ?

SteveC, that is the output of the BPS control. The pulse width control should give a much lower duty cycle when working properly. However, mine just gives like 99.7%
@hvguy, i will surely look, but i remember at first i put a 470nf cap on pin 6/7, and i changed it with 47nf capacitor and i am fairly sure it was a solid joint.
EDIT: I was messing around, and i had a thought. I scoped the input (pin 2) of the pulse width control input, and i got that same damned 99.7% waveform! The BPS control 555 is still outputting a nice 50-60% square wave, but apparently the 10nf capacitor with the 1kohm resistor and diode (it is not the diode, i disconnected it and nothing changed except i got some AC going on) is messing something up.

Is that a scope shot of pin 2? If so it is does go low enough for the 555 to trigger. The trigger pulse must drop below 2/3VCC in order to trigger the 555. You may want to check the components and their values that are connected to the trigger pin, maybe try a larger series capacitor. You really shouldn't have these problems using Steve's circuit though, so I have a tendency to think something has still got to be wired wrong.
