Sorry for turning this thread completely of-topic audio:deviant. How bad is the fit of the heatsinks onto the board? Computer heatsinks could very easily be modified with a dremel or a saw in combination with some sandpaper, have you considered this option? I have cut and hacked into many PC heatsinks when they very too large for a given application.

I use them in small bridges - the ones here are from an old 486 machine in a new project I'm working on - I edge mount the FETs/IGBTs - you can just see the fans in this photo
