Thanks for the reply Dr. But i don't understand how to adjust the duty cycle to 25% with no signal input. With no signal input the duty cycle seem to be about 33% on oscilloscope and after i adjust R24 it never changed. Is there anything wrong?

Indiana,
I think the reason you blew Mosfets it that you applied to much voltage to the bridge. If I remember, 240 volts or so input was the maximum, Dan can verify this.
I've blown a few gate drivers too, I also had one that was non-inverting that was suppose to be inverting. That blew a couple up too.
My picture on the left is my Tesla coil being driven with the Plasmasonic 2 board, The spark discharge was 2.5 to 3 feet tall. I was drawing enough power off of 120v circuit to blow the 15 amp breaker.
you'll get there with some more experimenting.
I also ran your coil dimensions through WINTESLA and it gave me the resonant frequency of 489 khz without a top load. I'm not sure what your measuring?

[MOD EDIT] - Corrected double post - Watch the double posting!
Thanks for the reply Dr. Finally I got the right signal by adjusting R24,maybe i did something wrong before. And I have a queation about the schematic. Is there connections at the marked place shown in the picture?

Dr. I conencted all the wire at those place, but when i connected the wire at point 1,the output signal seem not right. So should the caps be series connected to the E1-E3 input or parallel connected with the fets separately?

Failures are extremely RARE with the Plasmasonic. Mostly because you are running CW with relatively low currents and no peak currents like you would see with a DRSSTC.
However, for spares you can get some from Future Electronics or Farnell, etc... Or even EBAY.
Also, you don't need the specific MOSFET. They can be any of the MOSFETs rated for more than 500V from IXYS in the same type package. Such as IXFN24N100, IXFN44N50, IXFN48N50, etc...
