Just finished Fiber optic Rx TX system, works greait after 2 weeks, i will make all electronics, so bridge have to be finished. And other question, how to make soft start without variac ?

i think use 120cm tall, and 30cm diameter secondary. Tesla map show, that wit 26AWG and small toroid i will get 37KHz resonance frequency. Does that secondary isn't to large for my bridge ? And other question, what topology use for primary ? Like this one ? or maybe like that one ?

Hi all, today i tested bridge from low voltage, it works great at low frequency, but not for high freq, i guess my driver is to week, power supply too | But then frequency is around 40KHz driver signal is very nice, and anything are heating (except 1,8R gate resistors) here is some picture Full setup
Driver signal +18 -8V
and current ring up from 12V (around 25-50A)
and finally, i completely made interrupter, with lipo battery inside, so no more money for new batteries, and worry, that it can die at demo ...
and driver box
today started to make high power smps for bridge , 1:3 step up transformer, with SOT-227 mosfet (or IGBT) (voltage mode SMPS)
