Today get some fiber optic for bridge. I think use interrupter as HV turn on mechanism. Idea is, when get signal from interrupter, it will charge cap, (diode>>cap+resistor), and LM311 will turn on soft start relay (10-50R 100-1000W), after few second, LM311 will turn on bridge directly to line...
then interrupter turn off, Resistor will discharge cap, and LM311 turn off bridge from line. Now just need to make it in real world...

It's looking very nice! I had plans when I was going to do a DRSSTC waaaaaay down the road, that I would use optical Fiber for both interrupter and music. It's a nice way to prevent damage to music players in case something bad happens and somehow it gets to the interrupter and poof.
That's why you use optics! Extra protection. Keep up the good work :) Do you pre-order your box size there or just lucky?

First i search for parts, box etc, and just then make PCB, as you can see, it fit perfectly :) Interrupter is small, heavy, it feel solid :) Now just need make very good Rx module with cable detection, data lost protection, and to high frequency or on_time protection... (lot of protection ...)

Linas, plastic box is not the best choice for DRSSTC controller, you'd better use metal one. I had troubles with interrupter in plastic encosure - atmega halted at random times, but your design way more noiseproof so everything is going to be all right, just wanted to warn you
