Last test with doubler, but it doesn't look much better than running single phase without doubler, so i will try 3 phase

Did you measure the output voltage of the doubler whilst the coil was running. Looking at the coils output I'd say it was sagging under load. Awesome coil. Hope you'll keep throwing bigger and bigger arcs without blowing anything up smile

Ok, i don't know why but my bridge just blow away.
so i get new parts for bridge, it will look like Finn bridge, just more caps, and SS driver for IGBT

Shame your last bridge blew. But from the looks of it your well stocked up on some spare Si smile Never stop making those arcs bigger.

it was running 300us and 500Bps, 3-Phase, coil was literally arcing ( like Jacob's Ladder ) to ground, and sparks even at day was very bright.
Investigation was unsuccessful, because i have one jammed power Fet in IGBT driver, also powers supply channel for this driver is not working now, noticeable high current pass marks to power supply between both low sides IGBT. (it look like explosion force some how let +HV flow to IGBT driver's)
And it was two explosions, one small, and after second big one in right side IGBT

Nice to see an inside of an IGBT module! Looks like you put a bit of power into it... Project looks like it's coming along good, nice work =D. Any set-goal to have it finished..?

Well, 300us ON and 500 BPS means a duty-cylcle of 15% which is really high! Probably you had a failure due to the excessive rms current in the primary circuit.
You should avoid such high BPS...

Luca

Ouch. The long on times are probably being very hard on your mmc's voltage rating.
*I have nightmares that involve catastrophic mmc failure*

Here is new bus bars layout
Yellow is bottom layer ( directly on IGBT output )
Red is supply with at least 1.5cm spacer ( very very fat spacer, 324mm^2 )
On top we see 20uF 800V high current snubber, and will be smaller 2uF 1000V below .
And at right side 800V 4700uF Rifa capacitor ( but two in series , and two in parallel , so it's 1500J)
now just need somehow get M8 brass bolts ill
