Hi all
i am making large DRSSTC (like 15KW or so)
Now i madded all electronics (except one brick IGBT driver..)
Coil will be 15KW 311V 1500Apeak 60KHz. IGBT are FF400R06KE3.
Here some pictures smile
base driver

1238349519 1143 FT0 Driver

Bridge

1238349301 1143 FT0 Bridge

Led current indicator

1238349618 1143 FT0 I Led

IGBT driver with desaturation detection:

1238354969 1143 FT0 Igbt Driver

IGBT driver 3 channel power supply +18 0 -8V

1238355063 1143 FT0 Smps
Does someone can buy brass bolts for me, and send to Lithuania?

Here is IGBT snubber. i don't want to protect IGBT with TVS, so i decided to use RCD snubber. It don't let voltage grow up to power supply voltage...
Here is principal circuit:

1238407605 1143 FT66676 Snubbber

and here is snubber:

1238407653 1143 FT66676 Rcd Subber

i am using 47R 20W noninductive resistor and 30ns 30A 600V ultrafast diode (all are D2-pak)

Very good job !! You use IR2153S ? What is transformer in IGBT driver ? You use gdt with halfbridge IR driver? When you finish project ?

nice work :D
have you etched the PCBs by your own or let someone else produce them for you?

IR2153 is Half bridge controller for 3 channel IGBT supply. I am using 4 identical power channels with 7908 and 7818 stabilization. 3 (3 channel is, because i need two power supply for high side, and one for low side)
Driver signal will be take from 1:1 GDT ( UCC's controlled)
Driver is like Steve Ward (with 74HC109N).
When i finish it, i don't know, maybe in summer :)
Driver is also like Steve Ward brick driver, but i am using completely different circuit, just MOSFET circuit are same... (i have STD10PF06 and STD12NF06 )
I have some problem. I made circuit for turn on delay i have 470pF capacitor, and need to make ~300ns delay ,what R have to be near UCC27321 ? (cap are between 2 and 4 leg)
Principe are simple. From GDT i will charge cap (470pF) with resistor, and when i have turn off, mosfet will discharge cap, so don't have delay for turn off ( delay need, because IGBT have 500ns delay Tdoff ). neutral
