What a beautiful PT. Did you get it with all of that, or did you have to make the case/enclosure?
Yes, I got this PT exactly in this condition for free from our local power company. All of the Moser-Glaser-PT's look like this. They are resin potted high-voltage-transformers. Moser-Glaser was a swiss manufacturer of high voltage components like this (especially transformers), but nowadays they don't produce these things anymore. I think they have been bought by another manufacturer But PT's like the one shown above are still very common here in Switzerland and often you can get them for free, because they are old and replaced by oil or SF6 filled units for higher voltages.
EDIT: There are also a lot of other manufacturers and designs here in Europe. Another very old transformer of mine (a 10kV-PT with single bushing) looks for example like this:
