btw you should relook your interruptor - having it cutting off the signal on any current isn't good at all, it should be zero-synchronized.
As for the CT - I guess it has something to do about the phase shift that gets power-dependant. To test for any damage have you tried backstepping towards the halfbridge topology ever since?

I tryed to CT's that I have here, both are two cores, but one CT is 100 turns + 10 Turns, and other is 50 turns + 20 Turns.
Hmm, my interrupter is not syncronized, I was have a few problems with the sync before, the coil wont startup easy see this video, it shows the problem: (My OLD DRSSTC), I need to turn in/turn off the power supply of logic, much times until the coil gets stable and stays oscilating.
I thinked about one thing that I havent tested, the cap that goes in series of 74HC14 in, its 100nF 100V, but it maybe damage, since after some tests, the ouput goes low than that video and now doesnt get more than 2cm of ouput at 50V, the series cap can be damage? Once I forgot the 1k resistor in series of the input and I blow a 74HC14, I changed the 74HC14 but not the cap, might be that the problem?
About the primary cap, I will put it again the Fres finder, and See if I got any difference at the primary fres, if I got, it might be the primary cap., but strange thing that is my bank is 47nF 6400V (4x4 -> 47nF 1600V)

The startup isn't the issue of unsynchronized interruptor - the real problem is that it makes your switches cut off a significant current, which, on higher power levels, means a blow.

I say I have startup problems with the Syncronized interrupter, on the video, I was using the syncronizer. Without the syncronizer, it startup with no problems and direct. About the switching current, I know that, but according the feedback, I am getting less than 50A at primary circuit, so it might be not a problem for the igbts.
