well.... I had 1600T of the 26AWG with about the same power input like I said before, but this was on the 4.6" pipe, again an experiment.
1500T is pushing it, but on a 6" tube it may very well produce some nice results because of the inductance/unit volume. I haven't tried it yet, so you are taking a chance with over 1200T, its up to you. This choice may give you a +- 6" arc length from an expected say 36" output. So if you go for it, what I'm saying is you may have 42" or you may have 30", I'm not sure. If you don't mind taking chances it might be worth it.

have you tried going to your local plumbing supply store for your 6" coil form? Or maybe even the hardware store?I have found a motor widing company close to where I live and they sell me any size wire that I want and for a really decent price.

Oh yes they do thank you!!! They come in 10ft sections only though, oh well I'm gunna have to wait till i get some extra money. They are something in the 26 dollar range. And i am gunna have alot left over something on the ends of 7ft. It's ok though it beats shipping from online sources. My jig is coming together i just have to build a frame and such, but i do have a motor!! -Corey
