I noticed that a member of the forums (can't remember who) has Dark Tranquility in their sig, and was curious as to the bands/genres other member like. Some of my personal favourites are;

a ridiculous variety: heavy rock: (anything like Slayer, Metallica, Rage Against the Machine) classic 80's rock: (Posion, Gun's 'N Roses, Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, etc) Alternative: (My Chemical Romance, Green day's Dookie Album, etc)
Musicals: (such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Avenue Q, etc) Parody Music a small bit of Rap whatever you call Bon Jovi and whatever you call Dragonforce

I like metal, and others :P.
My favorites:
System of a Down. (favorite) Metallic. Some disturbed. So far only one song from The Fully Down. Linkin Park. Two songs from dragonforce (they are all the same!).

Lot of rock/metal lovers here, also seems a few of us like a very wide range of music. LithiumLord I had a look at some of the bands you listed, on myspace, and I liked a few of them, guess ill have to be buying some more cd's. Can you list some more bands of a similar style?
