Was browsing ebay pointlessly for igbt's and i came across these Link2 now i know that other 4hv members have used igbt's made by EUPEC but im not sure if these are good for drsstc use. They have a much lower input capacitance then the cm300 and it says that they are designed for high frequency use. Here is the datasheet Link2 Let me know if they can be used in a drsstc and at what frequency. they still have 9 days left so i don't know if they will be any bids but please don't try and out bid me if i do bid on them.

Well seems to me they would do just fine (if the specs match those in the datasheet)

i will bid, if cost will be low, if not, i will contact with people, who buy this item, and try get for me 2 half for full bridge.
They are faster than CM600 or similar CM series IGBT :)
I going to use in my project , first light up DRSSTC with cheap IGBT, then put thees one :)
1230843397 1143 FT60875 3

i forgot to say, they eat lot of power for driving. As example even my one half bridge IGBT use 30W (15W for one channel, -12 +18V) at 50KHz,
my IGBT model isFF400R06KE3
they are perfect for 50-80KHz drsstc smile

I think those would work okay in DRSSTC, keep in mind the dissipation isn't anywhere near CM300 or CM600 ratings.

I'm thinking about buying these, I have big projects in mind, need at least 16(8 fullbridges) of them.

Well, since i found them in the first place, i would like to get my share of them to. I would like to keep 8, that leaves 12 to other people. my max bid is going to be around $80. This is a first come first serve thing so PM me if you want some. I know "Linas" already sent me a pm that he wants some so pm me back with how many you want and ill update how many are still up for grabs. Also, note that you guys are going to have to pay shipping and a portion of the shipping that i have to pay. For example, if i pay $80 and $26.27 shipping for the entire lot and you buy 1 igbt, the price will be $4 + $1.32 + the actual shipping to you. Just wanted to get this straight so everyone gets a fair trade.
Edit: Anon01 if you want to take over the bulk buy then be my guest. If you get 16 then i could buy the last 4 from you using the same method that i was going to use. Just a thought.

Ok, that sounds like a deal. I don't need the igbt's at the moment but i will in a couple months. If i blow them, then ill just switch to cm300's tongue
