I can spend about 100 dollars. I have experience of making SGTC.So I want to know more about SSTC and the procedures of making it . I also want to know more about widing coils because it was a difficult job.

You should look for HV trasf. Its power wiil be decide for final effect. Output voltage of HV tranf. should be around 5-30kV. Of course you need some teory, some from internet, youtube, maybe book. Tesla Coil Designer may be help for calculate everything. Here is many ways to make TC and in every country is grup of pepole who doing it together, helping eath other. You may ask your friends, I bet some of them was trying, or hearing about doing it. Here TCD link :

:-D You understand, that good enought. Why only we need to operate with outlanders language :/ TCD is good program, and wery well show how TC works. And also oprate with cm, mm etc. Not with foot, legs, arms or something.
For real, I also have english progr. but most of them afe deleted, becouse of alien metric system.
