Whee, I came across this fun little game/application that challenges you to build a transistor from scratch and make it not explode into flames.

My first score was -124 and exploded to bits.. my second try was a bit better at +69. Ran slow as heck, but very cool temperature. Post your score!

I don't know anything about the design of transistors so I just picked the second option for everything.

first attempt was a 73...
run fast score: 35
stay cool score: 38

now time to optimize ^_^

(edit): after modifying only the gate junction, I went to a total of 74, run fast: 44, stay cool: 30

(edit #2): after starting over since it only lets you optimize your transistor once, with some new selections I got a 76 before optimization, run fast: 42, stay cool: 34

(edit 3): after optimizing the above, I got a score of 82 ^_^ run fast: 32, stay cool: 50
