This morning in ohio i saw gas for $1.59/gal for regular unleaded. That sparked my curiousity of what gas prices are in other cities in the united states and even globally right now.

Got it at 1.79 yesterday. If I'm remembering correctly it was like 4.60 one year ago.

Awesome.

Gas prices are tanking, some experts are calling for even lower prices before the end of the year, its all that over-inflated, over-speculated gas price collapsing like a tower of cards....

current price for gas is hovering around 1.18eur per litre. And that is cheap! It was 1.613eur per litre some time ago when price peaked. do the math how many us $ per gallon it makes :)

According to the current USD exchange rate, and recalculated for price per gallon (for easy comparison), it is at around $5/gal here.

About 1.79-1.69 here. About 6 hour drive from here during the hurricane Ike, the gas was i think $4.69. Wow, a few months and gas has dropped this much. Apparently they(idk who 'they' is)predict it will be less than a dollar here(at some point, didn't ask when).

The last few tank of gas I bought was about $1.85/gal for regular (in CA)
The tank before that (1 month ago) was $2.89
the tank before that (2 months ago) was about $3.20
the tank before that (4 months ago) was about about $4

go figure..

Where I live here in Sydney , there is a of station that sometimes give petrol for around 60 of your american cents confused

They do this to have a fighting chance against large companies such as bp.

My parents actually filled the tank up full there.. TWICE!

amazed

However the price is like $1.05 or similar around my area.
