 		I was searching around on Ebay for pulse caps, and found these Link2 It is 44 for 1000 dollars or best offer, but 23 dollars per cap is insane, though I'm not sure if these are really pulse caps.

 		These are indeed pulse caps, albeit older ones. They were surplussed from the University of Rochester's laser lab and have been showing up
here in the north east US for several years now. Per what I could drag out of the GE apps guy, they are non-PCB custom pulse caps built for
the U of R some 30 years ago.

I have used 2 of my 6 in a coin shrinking setup for several years now. The only precaution I have taken is to limit charging to 5KV per cap. This
may not be necessary but given the difficulty in obtaining big pulse caps I have taken a cautious approach.

 		Its really sad that this kind of deals are not found in europe. I have only 4.3kJ pulse cap and i need more. But living in finland does make it a bit hard to get one. 999USD for 250kJ is must have deal from my point of view. :D

Shipping of those suckers would be around 1000 euros + taxes etc

 		Either im doing my math wrong or you are, i get ~5kJ.

7000^2= 49,000,000
49000000*.00023 = 11,270
11270/2 = 5635J

EDIT: doh. I just realized i did this for 1 capacitor. Thats insane!
