well there's adequate interest so we can now start to make some decision.

First we'll need to decide :
To take the box from the USA and pass that around here in the EU or we can start our own box in Europe

We also need to decide a maximal weight that will be 5KG or 10KG

And like Conner said the one who will but a MOT in there and take all the rest will be shot on sight or zapped death with their own MOT cheesey

The box will pass through me before it heads to Europe (if the decision is decide to pass around the US box), so at that point I can sort out anything hazardous or heavy (or maybe just too heavy relative to worth), to keep shipping costs down. Anything I take out can sit here in a separate junk box until the two can be rejoined.

Hopefully you folks can wait it out for the US box, if only to see the awesome logbook full of 4hv.org signatures.

Count me in as well.
I think we should have our own EU box of junk.
After all we are 240V/8bit over here. shades

A separate box would be better for several reasons. EU people wouldn't have to wait to get it and vice versa and the border problems. Flate rate shipping from here has different prices and rules for international.

We need more people to give some input, if there aren't any people responding this EU junkbox will never happen. So please post if you are interested.

Perhaps we should just get it going, then interest will rise?

I agree with that, let's try to get it going then. All EU members that want to participate should send me their adress information via a pm. When we have enough people I'll talk to Chris to start a sticky thread and ultimately start the junkbox itself.

I did like the idea to combine the USA and EU box though, so if that ones finished I'd like to combine those two.
