Yea, but that was like 2-4 weeks ago. I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with it, but i really don't know.

Now that i think about it, my brothers friend(about 120-140 pounds) was on my go cart and i was picking him up(i love torturing my brothers friends :p). But that didn't make my back hurt either, and it was actually really easy to lift him, so i doubt that had anything to do with it.

I will however, make an appointment sometime soon.

I have slipped a disk in my back twice. Both times, the physical activity that caused the "slippage" occurred sometime during the week before. The first time was mostly work stress before a vacation. The first day of vacation, I bent over to tie my shoes and the pain caused me to see stars. That hurt badly for weeks and I had a dull pain for months. Eventually, it got better on it's own.

Several years later, I was pushing boxes around one day. The next day, I bent down in my garden to pick a jalapeno, and saw the stars again. The same deal happened where it hurt a lot for the first couple of weeks and less for a couple of months. Now, it is all good again.

I found out that the max dosage for Ibuprofen is about 8 times what they list on the over the counter bottles. My doctor prescribed some of the giant horse pills to dull the pain with much fewer tablets.

Still, go to the doctor because they might prescribe better meds that will REALLY take care of the pain. That is as long as it isn't something more serious. Only the doctor will be able to tell you that.

Perhaps you can make an X-ray machine and check it out for yourlself? :D

Ide say give it 2 weeks tops to heal itself.

EDIT: Interesting statisitic, but when doctors are not available due to something or 3rd world countries, the fatality rate drops down about 50%. Many deaths in hospitals are not from the condition, but mis-diagnosis or a failed operation. Scary.

Yeah doctors, take your substantial contribution to medical science and piss off! Down with doctors!

Wow, i don't think i am going to go to the doctors. I don't want to die because i have back pains and they want to do an unnecessary risky procedure :P.

In all seriousness though, it has not been bugging me all that bad the past few days, but every once in awhile it will hurt a little. But i just do not understand why all of a sudden all these painful things keep happening. I will just go to the doctor and see whats up.

BTW: Do you think mental stress might have something to do with it? I sure have been having alot of that..

Oh, and by the way, thanks for the idea about the X ray myself thing rp... Now i don't have to go to the doctors! But is it a problem when you have strange growths on your, you know, manhood?

Hehe...

Well it depends, how big is it? :D

I seriously doubt it's mental issues (that sounds mean..) because of the location of the pain. Wake yourself up in middle of the night and see if it hurst, when youve forgotten about everything. :)

I think it would be cheaper to go to canada and get free healthcare :D. Fake ID's to a whole new level...

Yup, me definitely! I'm 6 foot 4 and my job involves sitting in front of a computer all day. I have my office chair down as low as it'll go, and my monitors up as high as they'll go.

I also try to get plenty of exercise, and avoid computers outside of work. They have this nasty habit of sucking your brain into cyberspace, and making it forget it's attached to a big lump of meat that needs to get outside once in a while.

Is it me or are those 600 pounds some other kind of measure I don't know about? In troy pounds that's at least 220kg which I'm pretty sure a typical teenager couldn't lift by himself :P

I've moved many things beyond my lifting capability before. Leverage is a beautiful thing.
