Theoretically you can, but you'll have a real trouble getting them driven properly - on such a high frequency the driver will have to be really powerfull, but also the gate heating should be taken in account - you can simply burn it as in such a small coil the gate has to be charged 10 times more frequently then in bigger ones. You can try class-E or DE to reduce the switching losses however, but the driver can get pretty big in this case.

Heh, how can I know - it's your coil after all, and it's up to you to choose the feeding voltage and magnetizing current and then select the proper drivers ;) If you mean what ratings for a fet, I'd advice first to read more on drive techniques for a high-frequency systems, and take a look at different projects like Richie's HFSSTC so you'd see what it has to be like.

Ok i have now to mosfets NPN IRFP140.Do I have to conect the gate to driver A or B and sourc to Enables?

Heh, sorry, but this is really getting funny - you buy MOSFETs while you can't get a MOSFET driver - doesn't that make sence? Also FETs don't have any NPN nor PNP structures, they are based on the effect of electric field of the gate "opening" a channel in a semiconductor.

I have no idea what to say - can't you see the difference between a single FET and a driver IC?! If you still can't see that, the idea of the original schematic is that each driver has two FETs in it's structure that are normally used to charge and discharge the gate of the target transistor. Connected to the primary, they make up an H-bridge. The driver IC itself has an input buffer (usually a light-gate FET) and a drive circuit with enable feature that drives the output transistor pair. And how are you going to replace *that* with a single transistor is beyond my understanding.

So, either you just copy the original project or develop your own from scratch (to do so you'll have to understand the principles behind an ISSTC concept). Unless you do any of those, the further discussion is completely pointless.

Use Google? RS & Farnell don't stock it, but DigiKey do, though you'll have to pay the heavy order fee as they come from the US.

Looking at the device, its a 14A driver whereas the UCC37321/UCC37322 driver chips are 9A, but should be fine.
You could also look at the TC4421/TC4422 (also 9A)

Both the above options are available from Farnell or RS.

Digikey do free UK shipping for orders over £50 - I think they do a similar thing for elsewhere in Europe.
