just link all the bottle to every bottle opposite.. i used clear wine bottles for my second cap bank.. i make a rolled cap but the bottles out performed it by heaps they handled heaps my punishment.. from memory i got .01µF from each bottle..
there was some corona around the foils top edge.. and i also found that keeping all the foil smooth on the outside and in the bottom of the box helps improve performance by reducing surface corona.. or you could try the double salt method...
just fill bottles with salt water and sit them in a tub of salt water.. would be the same size but be very heavy and hard to move.. but easier and much quicker to make, less corona, and better capacitance per bottle as the gap is as small as possible

Its all good :P I dont know if i should add more bottles or not. The capacidence is .0066uf for my transformer. (from the calc. on deepfriedneon website) If each bottle is about 1-2nf i should only need 6 bottle per string. I think. i will be adding two more later tonight. Though with out a cap tester i have no idea what it is per bottle.
