Ok, perfect ;)
In this schematic ( Link2 ) should I use two IRF9540 and two IRF540 for the four mosfet after the TC4428?

I would really use Link2 instead of that circuit you have there. SSTC5 have been built by many and proven to be quite a stable circuit.

Ok, but the problem is that I don't have UCC37321/2. So I can't use that circuit.

Sample some from Fairchild Semiconductor. That's how I got some of them.

I would have to say sample from texas instruments. Do not sample just to get free stuff though, use it to see if you can get it to work, then buy as needed. But if you think you will need a few to get the results you are looking for, you can get 5 of each. I got 5 ucc37322, 5 ucc37321, and 5 of another mosfet driver(2 amp fet driver). They shipped mine the next day(i ordered mine at night) and they where here two days later, but then again, i do live right here in texas.

Ah, I didn't know it. Thank you!
But could I use this schematic ( Link2 ) for a FULL-BRIDGE (no half-bridge)? What means "cap sub point" and "resistor sub point"?

But don't be suprised if TI calls you after you sample them. Also do not try to sample more than once in a month or they might blasklist you.(not sample you anything else) wink

The resistor/cap sub point connects to the 555 timer and dictates the pulse rate and duty cycle. You might be able to do fullbridge with the driver but you'd have to recalculate the primary/secondary windings (or just experiment).
