Good news guys…
I left the tank standing on one corner for few days. Than I sucked 5liters of oil from the very bottom of the corner and there was no water inside!!! That means there is no need in continuing of replacing the oil. God likes me apparently amazed

During the next week I plan to start with jazzing up the whole generator. I’m sending the scheme for discussion of this process.
As I understand it, the primaries of all three transformers have two windings. Thus, it is not a real three phase transformer as I mentioned in the beginning, but the design is made to cover the EU and USA voltages. In EU we have 230V against ground and 380V between phases. That means the windings must be connected in series. In USA there is 190V between phases and then the windings are connected in parallel. It complicates my life a bit because I wanted to use autotransformer to drive the system in low voltages first, but for parallel connection of the windings I need horrible 22A. My autotransformer is 12A only. I will connected the windings in series and use the autotransformer anyway but the full power is not achievable with this approach (my autotransformer has maximum 300V only), but good enough for the first save tests.

On the scheme you can see a lot of other connections which most of them I have no idea what they are used for. There is also large resistor load (R2-R214) inside the oil tank, probably for monitoring of the transformer output characteristics. All these connections will be ignored in my future set up. All I need is the heating (the word “zhaveni” in the scheme), HV outputs and the power for the HV switches (M1,M2).

BTW: Mike, what if I use DC low voltage power and send it into the primary windings to heat up the generator to dry the oil from the dissolved humidity a bit (I cannot use the AC and short the secondary because that would stress the bridge which I cannot disconnect). Is it a good idea?

That would work, a minor risk is that when suddenly connecting/disconnecting the back-EMF could induce a high voltage spike in the secondary, so if possible ramp the current up/down. Putting a resistive load on the bridge output may also help.
