Yes, this is an eBay ad. Why not use the "eBay" thread? I don't know. It doesn't seem like most people pay much attention to it, so I've decided to shun it myself wink

Anyway, I bought a 34.5kV unit from these folks a few months ago, and they were a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommended! Prices are really great, too. Now they're back with even more strange, very-HV pole pigs. 26.4kV delta! Wild!!

Get 'em while the gettin's good. Yummy! I'd spring for one, but my pole pig budget is gone for '08 wink

Cheers,
Aaron, N7OE

They say "pickup only", but "pickup" includes a freight company. I arranged for freight and the Belyea guys even loaded it on the truck. When they say "pickup only", they really just mean they don't want to get involved with booking the shipment.

Cheers,

Those guys are only a two hour drive from my house. I saw a 34.5kv pig on Ebay from them about 6 months ago, but it was 700 pounds. It was only $300... You need a team to move something like that around. Sigh.... I've managed to aquire a 14.4kv 10kva pig close to that area. It was around 350 pounds. A little more manageble...

A team is not absolutely necessary(but i friggen suggest it!) cause i got my 629 pound pig here all alone and it is 629 pounds. Had to walk it like 1/4 a mile and then my dolly wheels popped when i got it here. I had to tie the pig to the dolly to get it up on it, and i pulled a few muscles trying to get it up there.

I know realize, though, that you would have to get it on a truck.. i suppose that would take a team of strong dudes to get it up there.

LOL same here but i was by myself and not loading it onto a truck :P. One person can move it around but it'd take at least 2 people to get it onto a truck i'd imagine.
