Ok thanks for clearing that up with me. Now i have a quick question about the voltage rating of the caps. My bus voltage is just 120v rectafied to 160v. how should i calculate how many volts my cap bank has to withstand? And is the value in ac or dc?

That I have simulated here, It will goind to +- 1.2kV at perfect ressonance, but since you cannot get perfect ressonance, I think it can be aboun 2kV peak-to-peak.
So make a 4kV or more cap.
