Here what i think to do :
first i will use this interrupter: Link2
second, i going use this driver, with my modification: Link2
for each 2 IGBT i will use different GDT and he have his one driver, so two cores, two drivers, i believe that i get better driving speed rolleyes
For catch resonance (from secondary), i will use 760T 3F3 material toroid (one, not cascade)(from secondary)
GDT driver i will be UCC27425P + mosfet (p and n channel) (GDT core is toroid of 3f3 material, like all toroid's)
for bridge i think use REVOX RIFA 3300uF capacitor (rated to 400Vdc)
each 2 IGBT will be decoupled by two 4,7uF snubber capacitor from ebay...
later i will make tank cap, but don't know, capacity witch will be ok in my case...
here is pic of driver electronics's

does some one in DRSSTC use IGBT protection by Vce saturation voltage ??
Because it's very simple with LM311 protect low side IGBT confused

I investigated it, but never tried it. Overcurrent protection with a CT just seemed easier. Of course, that doesn't protect against shoot-through currents caused by a fault within the inverter, but I thought it was easier just to avoid those by good design.

One problem with desaturation protection is that we use the IGBTs at higher currents and frequencies than they were designed for. This means a lot of L*di/dt voltage across the package inductance, which would probably fool a lot of Vce(sat) detector circuits.

My friend from university madded high power DRSSTC (pulsed 1000A)
he use motor control unit to drive IGBT , and where was protection over voltage, over current and Vce, an coil work properly :) (but he don't kill any IGBT )
Link2
and here is idea:

i know that it's not good idea, but can i use CM300DU-24F for 150-180KHz Fr DRSSTC ???
Link2
in ebay 25$ of one...
and here is idea..
