Im gonna have to re-schedule this bulk buy, i cant afford it suddenly as im moving to a new house and will have to put $1800 down on that for rent, and and am just starting a new job, so i wont have a pay check till at least mid september. With all this going on, i cant be bothered to spend a few hundred bucks on IGBTs.

From the sounds of it, the lead time is very long anyway, so hopefully no one expected them in like a week :P. IF someone else wishes to take over this bulk buy, then thats fine, otherwise i can probably do it in september once i start getting paid.

Here's the deal. I ordered 30 IGBTs, they are on backorder. The total cost will be a little more than what digikey said because 1) i got hit with an extra $25 in taxes, and 2) shipping is like another $8. So the price goes up like $1 per IGBT. Im going to request that buyers pay for packing and full shipping costs (its only fair for me).

When the IGBTs get in, i will look at dividing them up based upon who can pay up at the time. Fact is, someone who wanted them will probably lose out this round, i probably wont even keep any myself. If they sell out fast, maybe i can do another order of 30. I didnt wanna risk buying 60 to start (that would be like 725 bucks) and have everyone back out at the end. Remember, im not making any money on this deal :P.

So dont even bother asking me about them, i will post here when i have the IGBTs in my hand.

The distributor I use is Nu Horizons. They don't require minimum orders, but there is still a hefty-lead time. Plus, they have distributors all over the world.

I can pay, but as stated on page 1, I need to know what the amount will be, you could try asking your local post office or equivalent.
