 		You dont have to order from Digikey or another distributor.

You can order direct from IXYS. This is how i ordered mine . . .

Im not sure, im still trying to actually source these parts. It looks like i should call IXYS too and see about selling directly to me. Should know more next week. It may turn out that i can only buy 30 and it will take 10 weeks or whatever.

I purchased 100 of them awhile ago. Took about 3 months lead time.
I also have another order of 50 for them placed just two weeks ago.

Digikey won't stock these. Basically, you place an order with digikey and they order direct from IXYS.
