I was digging through some stuff at work and found a 150 amp dc power supply and inverter parts. I'm not sure what would make these igbt's good or bad for a drsstc so ill ask for a little input here. Link

Nice find!! Not sure on the spec, sorry , just admiring the shiny new fullbridge and heatsink :). Im currently a halfbridge 'Brick' coil, and not having any trouble below about 250Khz. If I had that bridge lying around I'd be winding up a nice big sub 100Khz secondary and going for it !!

If its a dual device then sure , run it as a half bridge, My halfbridge TC runs on a single toshiba MG100Q2YS1 200A brick and tis bullet proof (so far) :)

It is not a dual device, just a single with 2 emitter terminals, its a Toshiba MG200N1US1
