Ok no worries. Is that with the RSG disc fitted?
It just liked quite a lot of material had been removed. Removing too much of the rotor iron makes the magnetic gap large and the current draw starts to go up. It also reduces starting torque, so can cause problems with the motor not being able to get the RSG disc up to synchronous speed.
If it's been turning the disc at 1500RPM for an hour you have nothing to worry about though! You'ld know if it was failing to reach sync speed because it makes a "wheeoowww.... wheeoo wheeoo noise. You should be able to decrease the voltage to the motor by 20V or so before it looses sync and that noise appears!
