Just thought I'd mention that the box hasn't arrived yet confused frown I sure hope it hasn't derailed already! ~10 days is getting along, but maybe I'm too optimistic; this is the U.S. government we're talking about, after all tongue

I've got a variety of loot ready to go!

Cheers,
Aaron, N7OE

EDIT: It's Sunday, 9/21, and still no sign of the box frown
EDIT: It's Wednesday, 9/24, and still no sign of the box frown frown Will update again in a week or else if the box shows up, whichever is sooner.

Not by me! It'll probably arrive as soon as we declare it dead tongue

WHERE ARE YOU, JUNK BOX??

<silence>

Bummer...

Cheers,
Aaron, N7OE

PS: If it comes to it, I suppose I could start another box, although I haven't nearly the collection of junk that some of the starters of this last box obviously have (or had)!

Maybe someone should install some kind of gps tracking system into the box. Well that is probably a little far out but you kinda get the point.

Well, tracking service would be a start. Unfortunately, the flat-rate boxes don't come with that. In fact, "USPS" and "tracking" aren't often found in the same sentence. That is one of the lamer things about them...

Aaron, N7OE

I get tracking on all my packages I send and recieve via priority. Delivery confirmation actually will show where it is along its journey, or so my experience goes. You have to get them to scan the barcode on the side though. At the very least, it shows when it was delivered and to where. Usually it tells you when its arrived and then cleared a postal stop.

Me thinks that I should install this thing in there.

Would be sweet, all those sensors in such a small package...
