A pair of the insulator pictured on top would do the job. I wanted a longer tail so I could use less oil.
So, do you mean two of the same one? As I mentioned above: I don't have two identical ones, and I expect my chances of getting two identical ones are pretty slim. None of the utilities around me (the ones that will talk to me, anyway!) use two-bushing pigs. So it would pretty much have to happen that they were junking two or more of the same unit. I'm sure it happens (when they tear down three-phase banks)... It's been a while since I've paid City Light a visit, so maybe I'll schedule a visit for early next week and see what they have, then I'll let you know if I find anything.

Would be nice to find a pig cover with bushings that fit the can this transformer came in.
Maybe, if you posted a picture of the beast, it would help me to come up with some ideas for you. It's in a round can? Another idea would be to ask D.C. Cox if he'd sell you an empty 10kVA pole pig can. He's several times mentioned that he'll de-can pigs and sell them "naked", which to me suggests that he's probably got an empty pig can or two lying around from the last time somebody bought a naked pig. Shipping would still be un-cheap, but perhaps ok. Heck, maybe if you asked your utility for an empty can they'd be inclined to say "ok"

Yes, Aaron, I would like 2 identical insulators. Would look odd with 2 different insulators, no?
I like the idea of using a pig can & cover. I'm sure it's much more robust than the can this thing came in. Can you give me an idea how the core & coil is mounted in a pig? As you can see in the picture, this one is mounted to the cover. It has 2 triangle shaped brackets strapped to the core. These are bolted to the V-shaped brackets that mount it to the cover. The cover is about 14.5" in diameter & cover to bottom of core is 20.25". I would like to keep the weight reasonable. Whats the average size of a 10 KVA pig for 7620, 13200 or 14400?

Yep. That's what I was alluding to above, but wasn't sure you understood my slim chances. I'll head down to City Light on Tuesday and see what they have. There are usually 30-40 junked transformers sitting de-oiled and ready to be hauled off. I'll look for two identical bushings to pilfer. If I find any, they'll want $10/ea to rip them off for me, so the cost would be $20 + s/h. If that's cool, then I'll just buy them if I find them. I'll be looking for units similar in size to the ones pictured above, but not any smaller (I assume slightly bigger is ok). Let me know what you want me to do. It's out of the way enough that I can't run back and forth a lot, but I've been meaning to go down for a while so it's no trouble to do it once

Nice looking transformer, by the way! I'm looking forward to some arcs from that!! Pole pig cans vary a lot in size and shape. Generalization would probably be unhelpful. If you decide to pursue that idea, just include the minimum diameter in any communication with D.C. Cox and see what he can find for you. I'm thinking most 10kVA cans will be 14"+ in diameter, however. I've had some 15kVA 14.7kV units in the past, and they were at least that. The picture below of the transformer inside its can is a picture of a 25kVA 14.7kV unit. That can was 18" in diameter. On weight: I'll guesstimate that a 10kVA can will probably weigh 60-80 lbs, with the double-bushing type being on the higher end of that range. Maybe somebody like teslacoolguy, who just bought a 10kVA double-bushing unit, will chime in with the weight of the can, which might be printed on the nameplate (or might be derived from subtracting off what weights *are* printed on the nameplate).
As for mounting, here are some pictures of pigs I've disassembled. The first one is a picture of a Westinghouse 15kVA 14.7kV unit out of oil. The red color on top is red paint that dripped down off the lid and partially dissolved in the oil. That transformer had been on the line 45 years! You can see how there's a bracket around the core with holes in the outside top. These bolt to nuts that are welded onto the inside of the can. The transformers just sit directly on the bottoms of the cans, and bolting to the sides just immobilizes them.
And here's an RTE (now Cooper) 15kVA 14.7kV unit of different construction. Same basic idea with the bracket, however:
I blurred the numbers on the front of the can because, at the time (five years ago), I was hyper-paranoid that people seeing the pics might figure out where I was getting the transformers, but since then I've decided I don't care
Finally, here's a bigger RTE unit (25kVA 14.7kV) with lid removed. You can see how the bracket is just bolted to the sides of the can. Nothing but wire attached to the lid. Since this is a single-bushing unit, you can also see the other HV lead is just bolted to the side of the can together with the transformer core bracket:

Double-posting on PURPOSE!! >:-) (but it's been most of two days)
I paid a visit to City Light today and looked over the pole pigs. There were no dupes. Consequently I didn't ask them to tear off any bushings. The huge substation tranny bushings were still there! It's been a year. Boy, I really need to think of a reason to get those now! Hehehe... I think this is actually the first time I've ever gone down and not bought anything.
