Moving from Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox made a huge difference, today I upgraded my PC (P4 1.4 GHz, Win XP) from 128 MB to 512 MB now even better.

I would say it has something to do with the way IE handles the page. At work Under XP, it clunks on IE, and is a bit better in Firefox, but at home on my proper OS (Ubuntu), she flies along no worries.

Shayne- when was the last time you updated windows and the web browser you are using? I have found that there are some updates that solve your problem Make sure all downloader accelerators/other proxies are disabled...
