My dad bought a Takamine F-370S acoustic many many years ago for $300. He got it much cheaper than usual because there was a "flaw" but he never found it. My brother uses it now, my dad hasn't played it for years. These pics are identical to it, even the case: It is an absolutely beautiful guitar.
My brother bought a PRS SE Custom exactly like this pic: The only difference is that he has a hard case.
I have a little junky all black Epiphone Junior and a Squier Fender SA100 acoustic. The acoustic was a Christmas present to me and my brother several years ago, and since then has been badly abused. It still plays well even after we set the varnish on the top on fire! My brother sanded/scraped of the black coating on the neck, so it's just bare wood now. Its the guitar we take camping and stuff, so it's relatively banged up. This is what it originally looks like:

I've got an Alvarez accoustic. Can't recall the model, but its middle of the line. Just starting to kind of get the hang of it, though this deployment has set me back quite a bit. I couldn't bring it out, so I've lost my callouses and I have to be careful to exercise my hands regularly to keep the dexterity up.
I'm pondering getting an electric eventually. Maybe buy my sister's old Fender or something.

Steve is starting to look like Bob Geldoff! All he has to do now is shave his eyebrows! "So ya thought ya might like to go to the show!" heheh
** I just now had time to look at your tweed job, fantastic results! You're using cup washers for the screws too right? it looks like you are but I can't see them that well. Anyway it looks georgous! **
Here's some of my stuff. 80's Japanese Squire Strat with fine tuners (impossible to find now), custom Birch ply 2x12 cab Vintage 30's which really scream, Jackson red vortex sounds kinda hollow though so I don't play it much. Yea, the flash didn't go off on the second one so the picture kinda sucks, I tried to fix that.

Yea I made this one. It's a 1/2 slant cabinet, birch ply cherry stained, real simple construction wise. The hardest part was fitting the facia in with almost zero gaps in the wood.
I think I already posted the other cabinet I made, but I like this one too. It's a Crate-crate hehe. I had doubts about the black but it works.
This was my first shot at cabinetry so it was really difficult for me. No table saw or anything, just a circular saw, big ruler, and a caliper for depth gauge.
