Online Components has a similar component. . .
Which is an IXDN43CI without the enable.

Would this work for your application?

Yes it will work but i already had a peek there before, they have a miminum order of 100USD and i´m not allowed to buy anything for myself anymore unless its rent, food, clothes, gas for the car or a hair cut. :(

Buy IXDD414 from Digikey instead; they're faster and their use is more widespread.

I got the IXDD430´s i ordered from Nu Horizons some weeks ago, only to find out they dident work @ all for what i was doing, they got very hot in just seconds and blew up very easily. I had previously ordered IXDD414´s that dident arrive until after i found out this, so the notice is still laying on the table here, got a remainder today, but im not gonna go get they because if the 430´s dident work, 414 wont work either, so i´ll let them go back to sender and take my money back.

Conclusion, the class d project is once again shelved.

Hm, if a TC4422 worked, isn't it worth putting some more time into figuring it out rather than quickly selling off the whole batch again? suprised

BTW, have you checked my post in ebay sales thread? The guy seems to be throwing out a large number of IXDD414's for almost nothing, only to US though.
