WTF! Edible circuitry makes about as much sense as electrified food. Or Guitar Hero.

I don't think any parent in their right mind would do that to themselves!!
The amount of sugar there is enough to cause a child to hang from the chandeliers (if you have them),
then there is the cranky next day come down.
I didn't even start on the amount of crap in the food itself.

The sugar myth was proved false about a decade ago with proper double blind studies. Placebo has the same effect on children as sugar has. Suggesting that the effect is either caused by hysterical parents or there is only an affect in the mind of the parents.

"it is a myth that has a likely identifiable beginning. According to Duke University medical psychologist Richard Surwit, this myth like began during World War II when the U.S. government rationed food. According to Surwit, at the time there were sugar shortages and so the government told people that eating too much sugar contributed to hyperactivity."

Scientific experiments always takes precedence over personal belief. It does not matter if it is your belief, mine or the pope's.

"The first principle is that you must not fool yourself -- and you are the easiest person to fool. So you have to be very careful about that. After you've not fooled yourself, it's easy not to fool other scientists. You just have to be honest in a conventional way after that."

Only if you personally believe in the scientific method to start with. Another raspberry flavoured LED, anyone?

On this forum there is little difference, I don't think it is possible to argue strongly against it without falling short of several of the rules.

What people believe privately is a different mater and I am sure there are some quite exotic beliefs around.
