Here is one picture of shot...
It is taken last summer at my backyard. Shooter is my friend and I take the pic. Barrel contains normal AA-battery with some tape (better air flow usage) and cornstarch. It gives nice (and quite long) "shadow". Projectile speed isn't very high, because there is low pressure applied for test.

The epoxy just can't stick on the damn bike valve thing. Probably because it's metal and it's very small. Next week I should be able to get one of those 'Schrader' type valves which are found in car and MTB bike tires. Their outside is usually some kind of rubber and the epoxy should stick better on it.

that is awesome, now all you need to do is just put a bit of gasoline in the bottle and have a blow torch mounted on the end so you get a nice fire ball effect when you fire it off

In case nobody got the irony, I'm saying that I think putting blowtorches, compressed air and gasoline into a hand-held plastic device fixed together with glue and tape is a bad idea. I don't know what exactly would go wrong, but I bet it would be something bad.

One cm^3 of gasoline contains about 35 kJ of energy, that is easily enough to rip all your fingers off. Or propel large bits of plastic to near supersonic speeds. So in short you can end up dead when it goes wrong.
