Whooo Hoooo!!! What do I win? wink
You win a first look at my bigger set of Franklin Bells with a 12 inch ball that swings through 10 inches.
It hangs from my basketball hoop and can hold a spark about 1 inch long onto a plane surface which will be a lot more than 30kV.

The stainless steel spheres are 12 and 10 inches. Spark length is 1/2 inch or 17mm. Seemed longer but the spark gap tables give this as over 50kV even for 25cm spheres whereas this is a 30cm sphere and a plane.
