STGW40NC60WDs look quite good, but their current rating is lower, and they are about twice as slow. Price for such low quantities is good though, but it doesn't seem to get better at higher quantities.
We're at a total of 230 now, if I am not mistaken.

I have been using this website for searching out parts and have found it very helpful. http://www.findchips.com It searches a bunch of distributors all at once. I'd be in for 10.

After some prodding from Anders M. I've looked at the datasheet for the proposed part, and it seems fine. I've experimented with a similar device in the past, the HGTG30N60A4D, and got reasonable results: with a fullbridge I got about 3ft of sparks from a coil running at 260kHz. I also tested it in a boost PFC at 100kHz and it worked just as well as an IRFP460, which means it was pretty fast.
The coil was never meant to be a DRSSTC, and I'm sure I'd have got better results with a better designed coil. And, the 20N60 seems to be better in every way (faster, more peak current capacity) than the 30N60 device I tried.
However, I make no guarantees, if you insist on using the devices outside of their maximum ratings!
