Discovery Channel Canada won a Gold Remi Award from the Houston International Film festival for the first of the 4 segments. Dean Lomax was the cameraman and Dennis Porter the producer.
It is one of the oldest film festivals around and has about 5000 entrants. There are about 1000 winners in hundreds of categories.
