What do you mean? This doubler won't work, but can I use it's principle something else as Marx generator or cascade. I don't have NST because there where I live is no refuse dumb near and I can't puy them because they sell only professionals.
I will think someday make my own flyback driver as ZVS but using different circuit. Of course if I succeed it. But there is still many many years. And ZVS driver! I want know everything how ZVS works before I will make it too. You think that MOT system is not good because it is dangerous and etc. So I think that is better forget it and start to think ZVS and my oven flyback driver.

You will need a hefty inductor or so (like a lightbulb), or use a variac.
A lightbulb is not an inductor! A second MOT is probably the easiest MOT ballast.

A Marx generator, cascade, CW multiplier seem doable. Starting from the relatively low MOT voltage, you'll need more stages that what a NST-based design would.
Most folks don't buy their NSTs new or from reputable dealers They get them from eBay or they get the junked ones from sign shops for little or no money. Most eBay sellers couldn't care less who you are or whether you're a "professional". Furnace ignition transformers (OBITs) may be more available to you than NSTs, I don't know. I'm not sure how common they are outside of the U.S.A.. Maybe very. Maybe not at all. Flybacks are common everywhere, however as you're aware, you can't just plug them in.

You should really just spend some time with Google. The search phrase "MOT Jacob's ladder" will, I'm sure, find you plenty of information about drawing arcs from MOTs.

Current doubler? The MOT puts out enough current as it is (500mA or so). In the schematic it is a voltage doubler. "I see. Hmmm, light bulb. Can it work?" Why wouldn't the light bulb work? I would if it was wired correctly. The light bulb is used as a resistive ballast in series with the pri of the MOT.

I don't know why but it wasn't the safest thing to do. He said the arc was short because the voltage wasn't that high. What determines arc length is the current not the voltage. The voltage determines only the striking distance.

...and the current was crummy because of the smallish capacitance. He would only be doing ~70mA or so, which would be ~150VA. You'd need a lot more cap to make things interesting.
