Looks nice.
just one thing: The fan sucks air out of the case. i cant see a place where cold air should come in. A fan only makes sense if theres a opening with at least the same area as the fan itself for providing air circulation.

My grandpa used to work at a big company (can't think of the name right now) and when they upgraded, he got a whole bunch of electronic things, switches, buttons, pots, ect. after he died my dad inherited it, and whatever is left is in our basement. so my dad just lets me do anything with it. pretty much everything (except the ZVS driver and fan) is from thoes things that i have laying around.
the fan blows air inward (the only boxer fan that i have seen that actually blows air forwards!) and i drilled a few holes using a 1 inch hole saw in the bottom for vents.
