Well I'm a beginner and I think that every one here blown more than five driver chips when they were experimenting like me. And now I need more. And lets face it they blow very early.
Well, even more so. They blow up for a reason. If they are blowing up, then you should look elsewhere to solve the problem, not buy extra chips.
These chips only blow easily if the design is incorrect. If your driver blows (especially if its does it repeatedly), then stop what your doing, check your circuit and design, before proceeding to install another set of gate drivers. Especially so since you claim these are hard to get.

Well i did fix the problem, but now I don't have enough to start a new project and none of the electronic stores in Slovenia even sell gate driver chips.

I know this is getting more into a discussion, but I had a problem blowing some of those. I found that once I replaced my power supply with a regulated 3 pin power supply rather than a benchtop regulated supply, I stopped losing as many. What typically causes these to go out?

Running tesla coils can sometimes drive those lab power supplies crazy and cause them to increase output voltage, blowing the UCC's.
I found it very hard to blow UCC's with output overload, even with mosfet shorted out they continue to work while only getting hot if proper gate resistor is used.
I only had one blow up after I accidently directly shorted it's output to ground with a screwdriver.
When used with GDT and blocking cap with no continuous oscillator they usually won't be affected by mosfet failure at all.

As EVR said, these chips can blow easily if the design is incorrect. I have learnt the following to keep these chips happy, you need a good GDT design for your purpose, some de-coupling caps on UCC's supply pins, and some anti-latch diodes on the ic's output pins.
