I could do a test shot of 100g with dry ice, but I don't have any Al powder right now.

I'm wondering if my local shop would even sell Thermite to individuals.

You seem not to wish to believe that molten copper certainly detonates when dropped into water; why not?

Sure I wish, although hazmat pointed out pyrolisis thing first, and wikipedia partly confirmed it..?

Although I didn't undersand a thing they were talking about in the video

PS. I ran into source of that ''dark'' video I posted; they didn't add anything to thermite, and it's on a block of ice too, smaller though.

I could probably test it Monday, at school with teachers chem supplies....out side of course....
