Yes, ebay is very supply/demand based. There is such a small amount of people willing to put up with an old 500mhz computer, so no one wants the ISA based cards.
But for the hobbiests that are living 10 years behind the curve, it is great!
Really he needs a printed manual, but I suppose text beats pdf ;)

Do you mean the manuals for the scope? Because I do have those on CD, but I need to get them printed out. Kinda wish I had a laser copier person to do my bidding.
Nobody wants the old ISA cards these days. And my computer I built a few years ago doesn't even have an ISA slot! I was pretty sure I would never need one, but i was kinda wrong there. I was at Fry's a few days ago searching for some MOS and decided to see if any of their MOBO's had ISA slots, nope, not a one. But if you got yourself an older "workstation" model it would have ISA slots no doubt. And I'm sure the older P2 and P3 boards still have ISA slots. It's a shame our P3 burned up, I could've been playing with GPIB a while ago.
I think I'm getting a handle on this stuff. I ordered some new RTC's, so I should be able to get my dead Tekmate working, then I can sell 'er off. I just wish the clocks weren't so dammed expensive, $40 each! But I ordered 2 of them, so I figure my Tekmate has about 4 years more on its clock, then slap in the new one and its good for another 10 or so. I should have a TDS or DPO by then.
