Simon: Another way to do that without a stroboscope or anything would be to simply open the shutter several times with the same film (or its digital equivalent). As long as the background doesn't change, it will look like a stroboscope did it.

Simon: My brother made this photo. Digital still camera which can make 10 photos per sec. (samsung pro815) and some work in Photoshop to put it together
