Just dunno what the hell this should do in railway stations or shops? I thought most teens just are paying customers? Isnt driving away paying customers a bad idea, or does this just sound that way to me and its perfectly all right that shops, publich transprotation and the like only are accessible for old, bad-hearing persons?

They are not customers, they hang around all day without spending any money, abusing everything and everyone. Shops and railway stations are not places to hang around all day being a pain in the ass.
Steve Conner is right in that it grabs the wrong end of the stick, it only moves the vermin from one place to another. The sum of problems does not get any smaller.
I don't think there is a realistic solution to the problem. It is a typical problem that always is the responsebility of someone else.

Yeah, but if the vermins are moved from my shop, then good for me.
The sum of the problems doesn't get smaller, but it does in front of my store.
